Jungian Analysis
Jungian analysis is a form of depth work that listens for the symbolic life of the psyche — in dreams, images, symptoms, relationships, creative impulses, and the recurring patterns of a life.
Rather than approaching difficulty only as something to remove, Jungian work asks what the psyche may be expressing through it. A symptom, a dream, a conflict, or a period of uncertainty may become an entry point into a deeper conversation with oneself.
This work is often suited to people who feel that practical solutions alone are not enough. There may be a wish to understand the inner patterns behind repeating situations, to attend to dreams, to explore questions of identity and meaning, or to live in closer relationship with one’s creative and emotional life.
In my practice, Jungian analysis is not a technique applied from the outside. It is a sustained, attentive relationship to the unconscious as it appears in the material of your life: dreams, memories, feelings, images, body experience, relationships, and the therapeutic relationship itself.
Sessions are available in Hong Kong and online, in English and Russian.
