Analytical Psychotherapy

Analytical psychotherapy offers a reflective space for exploring the deeper patterns that shape a life. It is concerned not only with immediate difficulty, but with the inner world beneath it: feelings, dreams, memories, relational patterns, conflicts, longings, and questions of meaning.

People often come to this work when something in life has become difficult to carry or difficult to understand. This may involve relationships, loss, anxiety, creative blocks, questions of identity, life transitions, or a sense that old ways of adapting no longer work.

The work is conversational, but not superficial. Together we listen for what repeats, what has been pushed aside, what is asking for attention, and what may be trying to emerge. Over time, therapy can become a place where experience is not simply managed, but more deeply understood.

My approach is Jungian-oriented and attentive to dreams, symbols, imagination, and the unconscious. At the same time, the work remains grounded in the realities of ordinary life: relationships, choices, work, family, culture, and the body.

Analytical psychotherapy may be helpful for those who are looking for more than advice or short-term problem solving — for those who want to develop a more honest and sustained relationship with themselves.

Sessions are available in Hong Kong and online, in English and Russian.
